Exhibition - no nature, no future

Théâtre Auditorium de Poitiers - 2023/2024

In 2023, I entered a competition calling for photographers of all levels, both amateur and professional, to capture photographies in the theme “ NO NATURE NO FUTURE ”.

For this contest, I took a photo of snow melting in the forests of Finnish Lapland during an eco-friendly interrail train journey.

I edited this photo to parallel human activity and the harmful effects of our lifestyle by trying to represent a nuclear bomb (a mushroom cloud).

The competition was organized by the Poitiers Auditorium Theater, an arts and cultural center.

This selection in the competition led to an exhibition and here are some behind-the-scenes during the unhooking on the last day.

My work was commissioned for the Environmental Film Festival the following year, in 2024. During the festival, the photo was exhibited at the National Superior School of Engineering (ENSI) of Poitiers (France).
